We strive to provide you, our customer, with a safe and smooth experience when you shop with us. Below you will find our terms and conditions for purchase and delivery. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Prices within Sweden

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT (currently 12% on foodstuffs). Prices are continuously updated and the prices shown in our webshop at the time of purchase are valid.

International prices

All prices are stated in the country's own currency and include VAT. The prices shown in our webshop at the time of purchase are valid.

Order confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent to the e-mail address you provided when ordering. Please check that all information in the confirmation is correct and contact us if anything needs to be changed.

Payment terms

We offer payment via Klarna. If you are a company and wish to pay by invoice, a valid organization number must be provided when ordering. We reserve the right to refuse invoicing if we deem that the company is not creditworthy.

Delivery within Sweden

  • Delivery time: Normally within 1-4 working days after ordering, unless otherwise stated on the product.
  • Shipping cost: For orders under SEK 499, a shipping fee of SEK 69 will be added.
  • Delivery will be sent to the nearest DHL service point.

Delivery within the EU

  • Delivery time: Normally within 5-7 working days after ordering, unless otherwise stated on the product.
  • Shipping cost: For orders under SEK 499, a shipping fee of SEK 119 will be added (may vary).

Delivery outside the EU

For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties, taxes and/or VAT may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer's responsibility to pay. Please check your country's customs regulations before completing your purchase to avoid unexpected costs.

If you choose not to pay these fees or do not collect your package, no refund will be made for the product or shipping.

Unclaimed packages

If a package is not collected at the chosen service point within 7 calendar days, it will be returned to us. The customer will then be charged SEK 99 to cover handling and administrative costs as well as shipping costs.

Stock status

All items in the webshop are normally in stock. In case of a sell-out, you will be contacted by e-mail with information on when the product is expected to be available again. You can then choose to wait, have parts of the order delivered or cancel the purchase.

Fraud and forgery

All attempts at fraud, false orders or misuse will be reported to the police immediately. We store technical information that may be important in an investigation.

Returns and complaints

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a defective item or if the product does not meet your expectations, please contact us at info@miraschokladverkstad.se. State the order number, which items it concerns and a description of the problem. Return the item in its original packaging. We will send a return label and handle refunds or replacements after receiving the return.

Returns without an approved reason will not be accepted.

Right of withdrawal and exchange policy

The right of withdrawal and exchange policy does not apply to foodstuffs according to the Distance Contracts and Off-Premises Contracts Act (2005:59), Section 11, paragraphs 3-4.
